Warranty
At Reformer Pilates Studios, we stand by the quality of our
Pilates equipment and offer the following warranty against
manufacturing defects.
Coverage Periods:
Wooden Frames & Welded Components – 10 years
Metal & Aluminium, Gear Bar, and Foot Bar Mechanisms – 5 years
Springs – 12 months
Ropes, Straps, Handles, Clips, Rotational Disks, Upholstery – 12 months
All Other Components – 12 months

How do I install the machine
You will need to install the machine yourself, but don’t worry—we’ve
made the process as simple as possible. Along with your machine, you’ll
receive a detailed installation manual that includes clear instructions,
images, and part numbers. Each part and the base frame are labeled to
ensure everything fits together seamlessly. This design ensures a
straightforward and hassle-free installation experience

How do you deliver?
We work with a trusted third-party courier who will deliver your order to your front door.
They’ll
contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
As our machines are large and heavy, we do ask that someone is available
to assist the driver on arrival.
What is your return policy?
You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you are returning an item because you simply changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please
note that return shipping can be costly, especially for international
orders. We are unable to cover these costs unless explicitly stated
otherwise in specific promotions or offers.
